Overview
You can use Deadline Funnel to add an announcement bar to your website or blog that links to a free resource, lead magnet, promotion, or any other content that you want to highlight to visitors on your website.
How it Works
1. Select the Announcement Bar campaign type when creating a new Deadline Funnel campaign:
2. Add the pages on your website where you want to display the announcement bar:
In this example, we're displaying the announcement bar on our homepage (www.example.com) and using a wildcard to display the announcement bar on all of our blog pages (www.example.com/blog/* ).
Deadline Funnel will automatically check to make sure the Deadline Funnel Javascript code has been added to the header of your website/pages.
If the code isn't found, click on Verify to add the Deadline Funnel Javascript code to your website:
And then add the Deadline Funnel Javascript code to the header of your website:
3. Customize the appearance, content, and call-to-action for your announcement bar:
Click Save Changes when you're done.
That's it! Your website visitors will see the announcement bar live whenever you visit one of the pages you added to this campaign. 🎉
