How to Set Up Sales Tracking with Deadline Funnel and GoHighLevel (GHL)

In this guide, we'll show you how to set up sales tracking between Deadline Funnel and GoHighLevel.

How to Set Up Sales Tracking with GHL

1. Open Sales Tracking

Open your campaign editor and click on Sales Tracking Setup:

2. Set the Value For Each Sale

Fill in the value of each individual sale:

3. Copy the Webhook

Copy the webhook URL:

4. Create a New Module

Open your HighLevel sales automation, and click on the plus icon:

4. Create a Webhook

Search for, and select, Webhook:

5. Paste Your Webhook

Paste your webhook from step 3 into the URL field. Set the method to POST:

Click Save when you are done.

Now you have successfully added the webhook! Any time a user triggers the "Order Placed" tag, the sale will be automatically recorded in Deadline Funnel.

Test Your Sales Tracking Setup

Once you've set up your sales tracking, make sure to do a quick test to make sure all the pieces are connecting properly.

1. Test Workflow

Click on Test Workflow in the top right corner in GoHighLevel:

2. Run Test

Select your test contact, and then run the test:

3. Open Analytics

Open the Analytics page in your Deadline Funnel campaign:

4. Confirm the Sale

Select Sales Tracked in the drop-down menu, and now you should see your test user:
