The Analytics section allows you to view the results of your Opt-in Forms and Microsurveys.
☑️ Select the app
Open Analytics from the top navigation:
The first step is to make sure that you selected the correct Portal:
Once you've selected the correct Portal, choose between the Opt-in Form and Microsurvey for that specific Portal.
📝 Analytics for Opt-in Form
When Opt-in Form is selected in Analytics, you can do the following:
Select a date range
See a preview of the Opt-in Form
See a summary of how many times the Opt-in Form has been viewed, how many opt-ins you have, and what the conversation rate is
See a list of contacts that opted-in including the date they opted-in and what URL they opted-in from.
Export a CSV file with all the opt-ins for that selected date range
🎯 Analytics for Microsurvey
When Microsurvey is selected in Analytics, you can do the following:
Select a date range
See a preview of the Microsurvey
See a summary of how many times the Microsurvey has been viewed, how many completions you have, and what the conversion rate is
See a visual summary of the responses that include the date the survey started, the status of the survey, and graphs of the responses.
You'll also be able to view any previous surveys:
The name of the previous survey
The date range when this survey was live
The results of the previous survey
