In the old version of the integration, you were limited to adding leads to your Deadline Funnel campaign when they subscribed to an audience or when they subscribed to a group.
In the new integration, you can add a Deadline Funnel webhook directly to your Mailchimp customer journey to automatically add leads to your Deadline Funnel campaign. This makes it much easier to integrate Mailchimp and Deadline Funnel and gives you a lot more control and flexibility!

Open the Campaign Editor in Deadline Funnel → Emails tab → click the link to upgrade to the new Mailchimp integration.
If you don't see this link, then you're already using the new version and you can skip the remaining steps and check out our main integration guide instead.
In Mailchimp, go to Audience Settings → Webhooks, and delete the audience webhooks for this campaign. Delete the webhook that matches the current campaign ID in Deadline Funnel, which is visible in the address bar in Deadline Funnel when editing your Deadline Funnel campaign.
After you delete the webhook from your audience settings, click the button at the bottom of the modal to confirm that the webhook has been deleted.
Great! You have now upgraded to our new webhook integration.
