Performance Score
Your Performance Score provides a quick overview of your campaign’s recent performance.
Scores range from 40 to 100 and are divided into four categories:
Score | Rating |
90–100 | Excellent |
75–89 | Strong |
50–74 | Average |
40–49 | Weak |
The score is based on your campaign’s performance during the previous 30 days.
What Affects the Score?
The score considers four main factors:
Conversion rate: The percentage of leads or visitors who completed a purchase.
Revenue per lead: The average revenue generated by each lead.
Deadline duration: The amount of time customers have before their deadline expires.
Late-click share: The percentage of email clicks received after the deadline expired. A lower percentage is better.
These factors do not affect the score equally. Conversion rate and revenue per lead have the greatest impact.
For fixed-date and quantity campaigns, calculations use page visits instead of leads.
Collecting Data and Low Data Scores
A campaign must collect enough data before a Performance Score can be calculated.
For most campaigns:
A score appears after at least 20 leads have been collected.
The score is considered more reliable after at least 50 leads.
For fixed-date campaigns:
A score appears after at least 50 page visits.
The score is considered more reliable after at least 125 page visits.
Until the minimum is reached, you will see a Collecting data message.
A score may appear with a Low data indicator when the campaign has enough activity to receive a score but not enough to provide a highly reliable result. The score will become more reliable as additional data is collected.
Comparing Your Campaign with Benchmarks
The Benchmarks page shows how your campaign compares with other eligible Deadline Funnel campaigns.
Depending on the available data, you may see:
Average: The average result across comparable campaigns.
Top 25%: The average performance of the top-performing 25% of campaigns.
The comparison may include metrics such as:
Conversion rate
Average order value
Revenue per lead
Deadline duration
Late-click share
Some benchmark sections may not appear when there is not enough reliable comparison data.
Conversion Rate by Deadline Length
The deadline-duration chart compares conversion rates across campaigns with different deadline lengths.
This can help you see whether shorter or longer deadlines are performing better across the platform. However, the best deadline length will still depend on your offer, audience, and campaign type.
When are Scores Updated?
Performance Scores and benchmark data are updated daily.
Because the score uses a rolling 30-day period, it may change as new activity is recorded and older activity moves outside that period.

Warning (Orange): Something looks broken or needs attention (e.g., no leads, no sales).
Opportunity (Blue): A high-leverage improvement (e.g., enable social proof).
