Intro
In this article, we'll go through how the analytics page works and how you can use it to your advantage.
How to Use the Analytics Dashboard
How to Open The Analytics Page
First, open your campaign, and then click Open Analytics on the right side of your campaign editor:
Statistics and Date Range
At the very top of the analytics page, you'll see four important things:
Leads: The number of people who have opted in to your campaign in the selected date range.

Email Clicks: The number of times your leads have clicked on your Deadline Funnel email links in the selected date range.
Sales: The value of your sales in the selected date range. Please keep in mind that Sales tracking requires a separate setup from the regular tracking.
Date Range: By default, the date range will show you all tracked leads, sales, and email link clicks from the last 30 days.

If you want to display leads and statistics dating back more than 30 days, you can change the date range in the top right corner:

Leads in Your Campaign
At the bottom of the analytics page, you'll see the tracked leads for the selected date range in your campaign:

From here, you can see the leads' details: their name, email address, country, and when their deadline started and ends.
Under Source, you can see how the lead opted in to your funnel. In the example above, two leads were imported manually, and one lead opted in by clicking on a Deadline Funnel email link.
How to Change a Lead's Deadline
To change a lead's deadline, click on the three dots to the right of their row, and select Edit Deadline:
How To Import and Export Leads'
You can manually import leads to your campaign, either as a single entry or in bulk, by clicking Add Leads:
To export all the leads in the selected date range, click on Export, and you will be able to download a .csv containing all your leads.
How to Delete Leads'
To delete a single lead, click on the three dots on the right side of their row, and select Delete:
If you want to delete all the leads and their tracking, simply click on Delete All Events. You can then select if you want to delete all events, or just the ones in the selected date range:
Email Link Clicks
Click on Leads, and select Email Clicks:
In this view, you can see:
Email: The lead who made the email click.
Date: The date of the email link click.
Country: The country from which the email link was clicked.
IP Address: The lead's IP address.
User Agent: The browser the lead used.
Page URL: The page the lead was redirected to when they clicked on the email link.
UTM Parameters: Which UTM parameters were included in the redirect.
If you want to see which page the lead was directed to when they clicked on the email link, you can simply look at the Page URL field:
Sales Tracked
Click on Leads, and select Sales Tracked to get an overview of your tracked sales in this campaign:
From here, you can see all the sales made in this date range. You can also manually add sales, in case you had sales coming in before you had set up your campaign:
If you want to delete sales, you can either click on the bin icon next to the individual sale, or you can click on Delete All Events to delete all tracked sales.

IP Tracking
Click on Leads, and select IP Tracking to see all the tracked IP addresses in your campaign:
In this view, you will see all the leads that are tracked only by their IP address in your campaign:
If you want to delete tracked IP addresses, you can either click on the bin icon next to the individual IP address or you can click on Delete All Events to delete all tracked IP addresses.
How to Switch Between Campaigns
You can easily switch between analytics pages for different campaigns by clicking on the campaign name at the top of the screen:
