Note:

Adding the Countdown Timer is only supported in the new GetResponse Email Editor

In this doc, we'll show you How to Add an Email Countdown Timer to GetResponse. There are a few additional steps to complete as well -

Video Tutorial:

How to add the Deadline Funnel Email Timer to your GetResponse emails

In the Deadline Funnel campaign, navigate to Emails and click to copy the Email Timer Image URL, which you'll need to add the animated countdown to your emails:

Important Note:

If you are adding the Email Timer to multiple emails in your campaign, it is important that you copy a fresh code for each email that you’re adding it to.

Each time you copy the code, DF generates a new, slightly different code. So, for example, if you are using the timer in two different emails, you would click to copy the code and add it to the first email, then come back to Deadline Funnel, click to copy the code a second time, and paste that new code into your second email.

This helps to ensure that your subscribers always see an update deadline timer in their emails.

In your GetResponse email editor, drag and drop an image block into your email where you want the countdown timer to appear:

Paste the image link you copied in Step 1 into the box labeled "Embed from a URL" and click "Go" next to the input box:

That's it! Your email countdown timer is now properly installed in the GetResponse email. 😊
