In this guide, we'll show you how to integrate Deadline Funnel with Intercom and use our email links in your Intercom emails.
Integrate Deadline Funnel with Your Intercom Automation
This is how you can integrate Intercom with Deadline Funnel using a webhook.

1. Create the Webhook
First, you must create a custom webhook. You can do that by following this guide.
2. Create a Webhook Module
Once you have created a webhook, open Intercom and create a webhook module in your automation:

3. Insert Your Webhook
Click on the webhook, and paste your custom webhook into the field:

Click Save webhook when you are done.
That's it! You have now integrated Deadline Funnel with your Intercom automation.
Anytime a lead goes through the webhook, they will be automatically added to your Deadline Funnel campaign and receive a deadline.
Add Deadline Funnel Email Links To Your Emails
Email links are a key part of tracking a lead's email address in your campaign. This is how you should use your Deadline Funnel email links.
1. Copy Your Email Link
Any time you add a page to your campaign, an email link will be generated for that page. Open the Emails tab in your campaign editor, and copy the email link:
2. Choose Where to Add Your Email Link
Mark the text where you would like to insert the link, and click on the Hyperlink icon:
Insert the email link that you copied in Step 1:
Press Enter and click Save email when you are done.
3. Add the Email Link to A Button
Click on the button in your email, and add the Deadline Funnel email link:
When you are done, click Save Email.
Your email link(s) will now appear in your email and will track your subscribers who click that link and take them to your campaign page.
Test Your Campaign
Once you've set up your integration, make sure to do a quick test to make sure all the pieces are connecting properly.
1. Clear Your Tracking
Open your campaign editor, go to the testing tab, and click on Clear My Tracking:
2. Add Your Test User
Insert the email address for your test user, and click Next:
3. Add Your Test User in Intercom
Add your test user to Intercom, so that the user goes through the webhook. It's recommended to opt in to the automation like a customer would.
4. Confirm Your Test User
Once the user has gone through the webhook, you can refresh the page in Deadline Funnel. You should now see that the event was received:
If you can see that the event was received, it means that your integration is working!
