To change the URL of your special offer page, navigate to Edit Campaign > Pages and click 'Edit Settings' next to the Page in question:
Then replace the 'When Someone Lands on This Page' page URL and hit 'Save':
Editing the existing Page will ensure that the Email Link it's connected to will remain intact and direct people to the new URL and you won't need to replace the Email Links in your emails.
