Note:

Hubspot no longer supports email timer code to be added directly in your emails. The Hubspot-supported workaround is to create a template for each email you want to include in your sequence and add the timer code to that template.

Important Note:

If you're adding the Email Timer to multiple emails in your campaign, it is important that you copy a fresh code for each email that you’re adding it to.

Each time you copy the code, DF generates a new, slightly different code. So, for example, if you are using the timer in two different emails, you would click to copy the code and add it to the first email, then come back to Deadline Funnel, click to copy the code a second time, and paste that new code into your second email.

This helps to ensure that your subscribers always see an update deadline timer in their emails.

How to Add an Email Timer to HubSpot

The first step is to copy the Email Image URL from your campaign in Deadline Funnel:

Now head to Hubspot and go to Conversations>>Templates:

Click the "New Template" button

Add your email copy and then place the cursor where you want the timer to appear. Now select the insert image button:

4. Select "From URL" when clicking on Add Image and then paste the Image URL into Image URL box and hit Preview. Once you see the timer preview, click "Insert image":

You should now see the timer in your email template. Make sure to use the Deadline Funnel email links to link out to your page and you can then go ahead and save template:

The template will now be available to add to your email sequence:
