In this doc, we'll show you How to Add Deadline Funnel to a HighLevel Page.

There are a few additional steps to complete as well -

Note: You need to create a Deadline Funnel campaign before integrating with HighLevel.

Deadline Funnel default behavior

The default behavior in Deadline Funnel is to always show a deadline on the page.

  • If the visitor has already been tracked by Deadline Funnel, then we'll show their existing deadline.

  • If they haven't been tracked yet, Deadline Funnel will start tracking them via their IP address/cookie, and display a new deadline for that user.

Add a Floating Bar Countdown Timer to your HighLevel Page

To start, click on 'Tracking Code' at the top of your Deadline Funnel dashboard and copy your Tracking Code:

Open HighLevel and navigate to the Settings section of your website. Now paste the Deadline Funnel tracking code that you just copied into the Body tracking code field and make sure to click Save:

Important note: You will only need to add the Deadline Funnel tracking code in this box one time. Once it's added, it will be applied to all pages in your HighLevel website. However, this won't mean the deadline is active on all pages. Only pages that are added to Edit Campaign > Pages in your Deadline Funnel campaign will be connected to that deadline.

Now open up your HighLevel page in a new tab and copy the URL in the address bar:

Return to Deadline Funnel > Edit Campaign > Pages and click 'Add New Page'. Paste the URL of your page into the first box, add a redirect URL for after the deadline expires, and hit 'Save':

Now refresh your HighLevel page, and you should see the Floating Bar. Here's an example of what it will look like:

Add an Inline Countdown Timer to your HighLevel Page

If you are using the Inline Countdown type, you must complete the steps above, as well as these additional steps:

After you add your landing page URL to your Pages section, select 'Display Inline timer' and copy the code snippet needed to add your countdown timer to your page:

Open your HighLevel page in the editor and then add a Custom HTML/Javascript block where you want the inline timer to appear:

Open the Code Editor window, paste your Deadline Funnel code snippet into the block, and then click Save:

And that's it! Your inline countdown will now appear on your landing page.

Add Portal to your HighLevel Page

Make sure to complete the steps above to add the tracking code to your page, then follow these additional steps:

Open your HighLevel page in a new tab and copy the URL in the address bar:

Return to Deadline Funnel > Edit Campaign > Pages and click 'Add New Page'. Paste the URL of your page into the first box, make sure to choose "Display Portal", add a redirect URL for after the deadline expires, and hit 'Save':

Now refresh your HighLevel page, and you should see Portal.
