How to integrate Deadline Funnel with Demio

There are two types of emails you'll be sending:

You can use Demio to send all of the pre-webinar notifications, but it's important to use your actual email platform (e.g. ActiveCampaign) for sending out all emails after the webinar happens.

This means that your replay email as well as your post-webinar sales emails need to be sent from your email platform (e.g. ActiveCampaign), and not sent through Demio.

The first step of the direct integration method is to integrate Demio with your email platform.

The most important part of this step is that you send these two tags from Demio to your email platform, as shown in the following screenshot:

The next step of the direct integration method is to integrate Deadline Funnel with your email platform, so that whenever either of those two tags are applied in your email platform, Deadline Funnel starts the tracking for that subscriber.

This is an important step if you're going to trigger the deadline based on when a subscriber attends your webinar.

The Tracking Pixel will trigger the deadline for your subscribers' IP address based on when they attend the webinar, which will allow you to link them directly to the sales page from your webinar and ensure that they see the correct timer.

Open the Settings tab in your Deadline Funnel campaign, and copy the Tracking pixel:

Now go into your webinar in Demio, go to Customize > Integrations, and click 'Settings' for the Custom Code option:

Select 'Webinar Room', 'Head' as the part of the page you want to add the code to, paste your Deadline Funnel tracking pixel into the 'Custom Code' box, and click 'Save Integration':

And you're all set!
