Using our webhook integration with Keap is the easiest and most flexible way to integrate Deadline Funnel with your Keap automation.

In Keap, we have an automation, which is a welcome series set to send emails with a special offer when someone subscribes. This is how we have set it up:

1. Open the Emails tab in your campaign editor, and copy your webhook:

2. Open your Keap automation, select the sequence and click on View and edit:

3. Add a Send an HTTP Request action:

4. Paste the webhook from step 1 into the Target URL field:
​

5. When you are done, click Save. Make sure to connect the actions in your sequence:

6. Then, click Done, and Publish:
​

That's it! You have now integrated your Keap automation with your Deadline Funnel campaign.

When a subscriber goes through this automation, they'll be automatically added to the Deadline Funnel campaign when they reach the webhook.

If you haven't run a test yet, please log in to Keap and add a subscriber to your automation/sequence/list so that the Deadline Funnel webhook gets triggered.

Important Note: You must make sure your campaign in Keap has been published and is not in Test Mode in order for the test to work.

You can then check under Analytics >> People Tracked in Deadline Funnel to confirm the email address was received by Deadline Funnel.

For the API integration to work you MUST use the Deadline Funnel email links in any of your emails that link to a sales page with a countdown timer, or that link to a page in your funnel that links to another page with your countdown timer.

In other words, the API integration requires that your subscribers click one of the Deadline Funnel email links before they reach a page with a countdown. This is necessary in order to make sure each subscriber is assigned the correct deadline.
