Analytics vs People
In the top right corner of the Analytics page, you'll see two options - People and Analytics:
Analytics is where you'll go to see everyone who is being tracked in a specific campaign.
In Analytics you can do all of the following (click the links below to visit that section of this doc):
People is where you'll see everyone who is being tracked across all campaigns in your account. If one subscriber is in two different campaigns, they'll appear as one record under People and any IPs or email addresses associated with them will also appear here when you click on the three dots next to their email.
In People, you can do all of the following (click the links below to visit that section of this doc):
Switching between campaign analytics
You can see which campaign you are currently viewing the Analytics for in the top menu on the Analytics Page:
To navigate to a different campaign, click on the name of the campaign. A dropdown will appear with all of your other campaigns and you can click on whichever one you want to view:
Analytics for Evergreen campaigns vs Fixed campaigns
The Analytics page for Evergreen and Fixed campaigns will look slightly different.
A Fixed Date deadline is the same for everyone, based on the fixed calendar date that you select in your Settings. Because of this, we don't actually track people's IP/cookies or email addresses in a Fixed Date campaign.
The only thing we will track in a Fixed Date campaign are sales.
For Evergreen campaigns, we track people based on a combination of email addresses, IPs, and cookies in order to show them their own unique deadline. You'll see all of that information listed, as well as sales if you've set up sales tracking.
Types of Tracking Records
In an Evergreen campaign, you'll find three different types of records. You can navigate them by clicking the arrow here:
People Tracked are all of the emails that are being tracked in a campaign. These are people that have had the deadline triggered for them through a webhook or a Zap. People will also appear here if you are using email links to trigger the deadline instead of a webhook or Zap.
Sales Tracked are all of the sales being tracked through our sales tracking feature. You will need to set this feature up in order for people to start appearing in this section, Deadline Funnel will not automatically track sales on its own.
Other is everyone that is being tracked by IP/cookie only. These are people that are accessing your offer outside of an email funnel. If you're using a Page Trigger for your deadline, everyone who has visited your page and seen the deadline will be listed here as IP addresses:
How to filter for specific dates
By default, the Analytics page will show you the previous 30 days of records.
You can adjust the date range of records that are shown in the top menu here:
How to view the tracking details for a specific subscriber
On the Analytics page of your Deadline Funnel campaign, click on the ellipsis next to a subscriber's email address:

It is now possible for you to manually adjust the deadline for your subscribers.

How to remove a subscriber from a Deadline Funnel campaign

Note:
In some cases even after removing the subscriber from your campaign, you may still need to send them a public reset link in order for them to clear their tracking and access your special offer again.
We are continuing to work to minimize how often this is necessary, but it can happen occasionally. |
How to remove email addresses or IP addresses that are attached to a subscriber

You can use the 'Import' feature to add subscribers and instantly trigger your campaign for those specific subscribers.
Navigate to the Deadline Funnel campaign you want to use and click on 'Analytics' in the top blue bar. Then click the 'Import' button:
Choose between importing a list of subscribers or individual subscribers:
If you choose "Import Bulk", you can add multiple subscribers to your campaign at one time. Add the first names, emails, and tracking start dates for the lead(s) you want to add to your Deadline Funnel Campaign and click 'Import tracking events':
If you choose "Import Single Entries", you can add one or more rows and add the first name, email, and tracking start date in the respective fields and then click "Import Tracking Events". If you're adding multiple subscribers, you can also choose the "Use the same start date for all" option:
