Limited Quantity - Cohorts, coaching, communities, physical products. Offer goes away after X buyers or when deadline expires.
Hybrid - Evergreen deadline for a specific day of the week, month, or quarter.
Announcement Bar - Add a banner to your website that links to an optin page or promo. Convert more website visitors to leads and buyers.
After you have selected your campaign type, set your deadline at the bottom of the page and then click Create Campaign.
3. Add Pages to Your Campaign
Go to the Pages tab in your campaign editor, and then click on Add New Page.
You should add any pages on which you would like to display a timer and/or redirect leads from once their deadline expires. Usually, this is your sales page(s) and checkout page:
Display CTA Button - Enable if you would like to use a button in the floating bar that links to, for example, your checkout page.
Redirect After Deadline - If turned on, the lead will be redirected to this page once their deadline has expired.
Please verify that you have added the Deadline Funnel code to the header of any website/page where you want Deadline Funnel to appear.
4. Integrate with Your Email Platform
If you have selected Evergreen, Tripwire Offer, Abandoned Cart, or Automated Webinar, you can add leads to your campaign via a webhook or tag.
When your leads go through the webhook, they will be automatically added to your Deadline Funnel campaign and receive a deadline.
You can find the webhook/tag in the Emails tab in your campaign editor:
How to set up the webhook depends on which platform you are using. We integrate with most popular platforms, but if you are using a platform we don't have a direct integration with, you can use either Zapier or Make.com.
Here is a selection of some of our integration guides:
Whenever you are linking to your special offer in your email sequence, it's important that you use the Deadline Funnel email links. These links contain specific parameters that are essential for tracking.
When you add a new page to your campaign, an email link is automatically generated for that page. You can find your email links in the Emails tab in your campaign editor:
If you want to use a timer in your email sequence, you can also find the email timer code on the same page:
5. Customize Your Timers
To customize the appearance of the timer on your webpage, you can go to the Pages tab in your campaign editor and click on Edit Appearance below the timer:
6. Set Up Sales Tracking
Sales tracking is a separate setup from the regular tracking. But don't worry, it's super-easy to integrate!
Click on Set Up Sales Tracking on the left side of your campaign editor to set it up:
Feel free to read our guide on how to set up sales tracking in Deadline Funnel.
7. Test Your Campaign
It's always good to test your campaign before going live, to make sure that everything is working correctly.
You can start testing your campaign by going to the Test Your Campaign tab in your campaign editor:
Once you've completed your initial testing, we recommend asking a friend to help review and run another test to make sure everything looks good.
